Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies you have at the time of booking.
Visit us for a patch test (if required) at least 48 hours before your treatment. Failure to do so could result in you being charged but not receiving the treatment.
Please arrive slightly early to fill out your consultation form. Late arrival may result in shorter treatment times. If you arrive too late you may be charged and not receive your treatment.
We require 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. Please note: If you cancel within 48 hours you will be charged 25% of the bill. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the bill. If you cancel on the day you will be charged a 100% no-show fee.
Available in any monetary value and for any of our treatments. They are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. All are non–refundable and must be presented at the time of your appointment.

We will require your full name and a contact number to secure your booking. If you have given us an email address you will be sent a booking confirmation via email. Please notify us of any changes to your contact details.
A 25% booking fee deposit is required for all new clients, or for any booking: if you have previously failed to adhere to our cancellation policy.
We send complimentary appointment reminders by text and email.
We reserve the right to refuse bookings or treatment.
Booking Fee Deposits
Booking fee deposits are 25% of booking unless told otherwise. We may round this up/down to the nearest pound.
Booking fee deposits can be paid by credit card, bank transfer, cash or online.
Booking fee deposits will be deducted from your total appointment bill when paying, leaving you with the remaining 75% to pay on the day of your appointment.

Booking fee deposits may be refunded or transferred if rescheduling your appointment before the 48 hour cancellation period.
Cancellations
We know things crop up and we understand busy lives can mean changes to your schedule, find all the info you need for cancelling your appointment below.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify us as soon as you can (more than 48 hours would be great), this helps us re-allocate your slot. You may know how busy we can get and how frustrating it is when we can’t fit you in so this helps us free up spaces for those wanting to book. We will do our best to re-schedule you in at our next availability.
